Once your account is active, you’ll receive an email from Tupuca with directions on how to download the Onfleet app.
Keep in mind that you will need to complete all of the following steps before your account can be activated.
- Consent to a background check, provide your social security number and date of birth, so we can verify your identity.
- Upload a profile photo.
If you have not completed all of the steps above, please complete them to be activated. If there is an issue with any verification steps, you will receive an email notification and directions with next steps.
If you have completed all of the steps, just wait for your account verification to complete. This usually happens within 1-3 days.
