It is possible that we reviewed the images you sent and the header or icon image provided was smaller than our system accepts or the resolution wasn’t high enough. Our image requires a size of 1500px by 900px. You can submit a request to replace your images. In the form under “How can we help?”, select “Menu or Storefront Updates”. Please remember to attach your new images to the request.
