You can use Postmates to order food or goods from just about any restaurant or store in your city. Anywhere encompasses merchants who aren’t part of our Plus program, but are still listed on our app. You can search for merchants in the app by tapping the magnifying glass icon at the top right hand corner of the app, or by entering your delivery address on the web and then searching the “Search for anything” box at the top of the site. If there isn’t a menu or catalog available for your chosen merchant, that’s OK. Simply use the Custom Order option to provide your order to your Postmate. The delivery fee is calculated based on the distance between the merchant and the delivery address. On the web, you can only shop from stores that have catalogs.
