Once an order has been completed, the Postmate is unable to contact you and you are unable to contact them as they have likely moved on to their next delivery.

Please navigate to your order history in the app by tapping on the clock icon in the top left hand corner or on the web by clicking your avatar in the right hand corner, clicking on “Deliveries”. Once you see your delivery history, select the delivery you would like to contact us about and send us a quick message on how we can help!
