In the event that an item or multiple items in your order are unavailable, we will attempt to contact you in one of two ways to attempt to get your preferred substitution.

Option 1: Text Message

If an item or multiple items that you ordered are not available, you may receive a text message that will direct you to your substitution options.

  • Cancel My Whole Order: If you choose to cancel your order any charges will be refunded and you will be free to place another order at your convenience.
  • Select a New Item: You can select a new item from the listed substitutions and then we will proceed to place the new order.
  • Leave Out Unavailable Item: This option will remove the item from your order and we will proceed to place the order with the remaining items.

Please Note: If you do not respond to the request for a substitution within 15 minutes from the time you receive the text message, your order may be canceled.

Option 2: Phone Call

If an item or multiple items that you ordered are not available, you may receive a phone call from one of our Customer Service Professionals to request your preferred substitution option based on what the restaurant told us was currently available.
