If you’d like to change the rating that you have given your Postmate, navigate to your order history in the app by tapping on the clock icon in the top left hand corner of the app. Once you see your delivery history, select the delivery that you would like to change the rating on and tap “Contact Support.”  Our Customer Service team will then be able to make the requested update for you.
